1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BullyRoom.com. Users under 18 need parental consent. By using BullyRoom.com, you confirm you meet these age requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Account misuse should be reported immediately to support@bullyroom.com.

3. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content posted on BullyRoom.com, but grant Bully Room LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, promote, reproduce, and distribute content across any platform, including for marketing and promotional purposes. Users waive copyright claims related to such uses.

Users are responsible for ensuring content complies with applicable laws, including copyright laws, and agree to indemnify Bully Room LLC for any copyright violations.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Post illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
  • Use BullyRoom.com to harass, spam, or scam others.
  • Misrepresent identity or ownership of content.

5. BR Coins

  • BR Coins have no expiration as long as BullyRoom.com remains operational.
  • Minimum withdrawal: $100 USD; no maximum withdrawal limit.
  • BR Coin valuation and payout processes are subject to system availability and discretion of Bully Room LLC.
  • Bully Room LLC is not liable for valuation errors, bugs, or system malfunctions but will work in good faith to resolve issues.

6. Buyer & Seller Disputes

BullyRoom.com is a classifieds platform only. Bully Room LLC is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments between users. Vendors are required to comply with all applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.

7. Liability for User-Posted Content

Bully Room LLC is not responsible for content posted by users. Violations can be reported via the “Report” button. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes between users and Bully Room LLC shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the State of Pennsylvania. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

  • Users waive their right to participate in class actions.
  • Arbitration decisions are final and binding.
  • Each party bears their own legal fees, except in cases where Bully Room LLC is entitled to reimbursement under these Terms.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bully Room LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • User-posted content.
  • Copyright or intellectual property violations.
  • Breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

Bully Room LLC may modify these Terms and Policies at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or an on-site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms. Users may also request deletion of their accounts by contacting help@bullyroom.com.
